By using the DJ Kizzy K website and purchasing products or services, you agree to the following terms. All sales of digital products (blends, mixes, packs) are final unless otherwise stated.

Booking deposits are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by DJ Kizzy K. Final payment is due on or before the event date unless alternative arrangements have been made.

All content on this website, including but not limited to music, logos, and text, is the property of DJ Kizzy K and may not be reproduced without permission.

We collect personal information (name, email, phone) only when you voluntarily submit it through our contact or booking forms. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and provide our services.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. We may use analytics tools to understand website traffic patterns, but this data is anonymized.

If you wish to have your personal data removed, please contact us at bookings@djkizzyk.com and we will process your request within 30 days.

Digital Products: All digital product sales (blends, mixes, packs, EraFlip orders) are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not available once a file has been delivered.

Custom Blends: If you are not satisfied with your custom blend, we offer one round of revisions at no additional cost. If the final product still does not meet your expectations, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Event Bookings: Booking deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 14 days before the event date to discuss options.

All blends and mixes created by DJ Kizzy K are for personal, non-commercial use unless a commercial license is explicitly granted.

EraFlip customers confirm that they own the rights to the original song or that the song is in the public domain. DJ Kizzy K is not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from customer misrepresentation.

DJ Kizzy K reserves the right to decline any custom order or EraFlip request that may violate copyright law or that is deemed inappropriate.
